Niu Haitong is a native of the city of Heze, began his career in 2004 in Beijing restaurant called DaDong. In the eyes of budding cook DaDong has become a successful network project, turned into the premium segment. Now this network includes six restaurants - five in Beijing and one in Shanghai.

Over the years, in the flagship restaurant Niu Haitong learned perfectly to adapt local specialties to the tastes of European and western guests. Young cook had to peruse more than 700 recipes, changing for 10 years in the restaurants menu.

Niu Haitong moved to Moscow because he wanted to use the vast experience, resulting in Beijing, to another project where he could give free rein to the imagination. Tan restaurant has become such a project
